John Waldeck is a shareholder of the firm and has focused his practice on defending clients in civil litigation matters. He has been involved in litigating a myriad of matters from routine premises claims to complex liability and catastrophic injury cases. He routinely represents insurance companies and their policyholders in both state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Kansas.

Mr. Waldeck was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He now makes his home in a suburb of Kansas City with his wife, Jenny and their two children, Betsi and Robert.
